Finally...A long handle Sand/Beach/Water Scoop

I couldn't bring myself to pay the extravagant amounts asked for Scoops
from overseas,so I decided to attempt my own :)

Scoop measures 6inches(w) and about 4-5inches(h) and 8-9inches(d)

I searched and found some stainless sheet with holes in already
Cut the templates myself at home and took it down to a local factory who did the welding
professionally for next to nothing

I am quite pleased with the result :)

  3. I use the Monster scoop from reilly's and it's a brute at 7 pounds but it's a great scoop. I use the lighter aluminum one for the dry sand. Got one of the new one's coming. Think it weighs 9 pounds and the basket is 10X7. Guess my arm is going to get a little bit bigger.

    1. Hi. I sold my previous scoop etc a few years ago. I will make a few enquiries and see if I can still get hold of the materials I used for that one
